We manage the inbound logistics for your goods into our warehouses, as well as inspection and registration of incoming products. Our inbound services include unloading and palletising, checking goods for defects and damage, registering serial numbers or items, and putting away your products to the assigned racking or bin locations.
You can send us your daily sales orders in an agreed format and timing. We manage outbound picking principles such as 'First Expired, First Out' (FEFO), 'Last In, First Out' (LIFO) and 'First In, First Out' (FIFO). Before dispatch we check the accuracy of each sales order, packing list and parcel label, then load the orders into trucks or delivery vans. In addition to dedicated warehouse operators, we have a flexible pool of employees who can handle seasonal peaks.
Value-added services such as product bundling, re-packaging, labeling, bar coding and promotional goods bundling are also provided. Reverse logistics management also forms part of this service offering.
